Synopsis For The Middle Texas Coastal Waters... Onshore flow will weaken through Tuesday morning as a weak cold front approaches from the north. The front will move across the waters by Tuesday evening...resulting in offshore flow and drier conditions developing on Wednesday. Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible along and ahead of the front Tuesday and Tuesday night. Onshore flow will resume and moisture will increase Friday and Saturday as surface high pressure moves east of Texas and low pressure develops over the Southern Plains. Increasing tropical moisture will lead to isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms by Saturday.

Tuesday... West winds 10 to 15 knots becoming northwest around 5 knots in the afternoon. Bay waters slightly choppy decreasing to smooth in the afternoon. A chance of showers and thunderstorms.
Tuesday Night... Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots becoming north 15 to 20 knots after midnight. Bay waters slightly choppy increasing to choppy after midnight. A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms in the evening.
