    An area of rain is moving across Iowa and will move into illionis
    between 6 and 7 am. With temperatures hovering near or at freezing
    across the area... freezing rain is possible. Little to no ice
    accumulation are expected at this time. The freezing rain will
    transition to all rain shortly after it begins as temperatures
    continue to rise. Those who are travelling this morning should be
    alert for possible slippery conditions. Temperatures will warm
    above freezing quickly this morning... so any accumulation of ice
    should melt this morning.
