    ... Dense fog advisory remains in effect until 9 am EST this

    * locations... Long Island... southern Connecticut... and most of
    northeast New Jersey and the lower Hudson Valley.

    * Hazards... dense fog.

    * Visibilities... one quarter mile or less at times.

    * Timing... until about 9 am.

    * Impacts... greatly reduced visibilities... also sudden changes
    in visibility in spots.

    Precautionary/preparedness actions...

    A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
    reduced to one quarter mile or less. If driving... slow down... use
    your low beam headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of
    you in case a sudden stop is needed.
